Robinson Lumber, located in Hardwick, Massachusetts, has proudly served contractors, builders, homeowners, and businesses throughout New England for more than 50 years. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Retail Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position offers a variety of responsibilities including customer service, retail sales, order fulfillment, deliveries, and inventory stocking. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable in a hands-on retail environment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to retail and contractor customers
- Assist customers with product selection and sales transactions
- Put customer orders together accurately and efficiently
- Make deliveries as needed
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory displays
- Help keep the store, warehouse, and yard clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule
