  • Time Full Job Description Fruit Center Marketplace is a family-owned specialty food store known for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to advance your exposure and knowledge within the wine world. We operate a very active wine and craft beer program representing some of the best wineries and breweries both globally and locally. We have a dynamic team of wine associates from all backgrounds and are always looking to add to our staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively. Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties Keep the wine department, faced, clean, organized, and efficient Receive, price and restock inventory. Assist with special events.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Ability to take direction and respond well to coaching Ability and eagerness to cultivate relationships with customers by understanding their wine preferences and earning their trust through recommendations and service. Willing to continue to taste, learn and participate in tastings both on site and off to further your wine knowledge. Well organized with good time management skills. Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds.

Schedule:
Weekend availability Evening shifts required (store closes at 7 PM) Holiday availability required
