In this energetic role, you will serve as the friendly face of our dispensary, guiding customers through their purchasing journey with expert knowledge and enthusiasm. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment, educate patrons about our products, and ensure they leave satisfied and informed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry dedicated to health, relaxation, and lifestyle enhancement. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the right products for their needs Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and responsible consumption through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by highlighting new or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Conduct regular stock checks, organize product placement, and assist with inventory management Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via in-person interactions and over the phone while practicing professional phone etiquette Assist with product demos to educate customers about new offerings and promote product knowledge within the store environment Supervise fellow team members when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to store policies Experience Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar retail environment with customer interaction Supervising experience is highly valued for leadership opportunities within the team Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction both in person and over the phone Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and POS operations Familiarity with merchandising strategies and stocking procedures to keep displays appealing and organized Experience conducting product demos or educational sessions is desirable but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating a positive shopping experience that educates, inspires, and supports our valued customers.
