We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Keyholder to support daily store operations and help lead the floor when management is not present. This is a great opportunity for an experienced associate who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in customer service, and is ready to step into a leadership-support role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail management processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop management skills while contributing to a dynamic retail environment. What You\'ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone by helping customers find products and solutions for their projects.
- Assist with opening and closing the store, including securing the building and following cash-handling and safety procedures.
- Act as the manager-on-duty during assigned shifts when store management is not present.
- Support daily store operations, including register coverage, task coordination, and workflow support.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor.
- Assist with stocking, inventory counts, signage, and promotional displays.
- Support and guide other associates by modeling best practices.
- Monitor store activity and follow all loss-prevention and safety policies.
- Communicate operational issues, customer feedback, or concerns to store leadership. What We\'re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable with responsibility.
- Ability to lead by example and support peers.
- Basic product knowledge or a willingness to learn.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
