Wilson Farm is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to join our Garden Department team! This position pays starting at $18.00 commensurate with experience. Primary Responsibilities for a Sales Associate in the Garden Department Assisting customers in product selection Cashiering customers purchases Stocking/caring for seasonal plants as well as associated seasonal items, arranging displays Experience/Qualifications needed Knowledge of plants and their care a must Prior retail garden center/nursery (indoor/outdoor live plants) experience highly desirable Your experience is appreciated if you previously worked for Mahoney's, Russell's Garden Center, Pemberton Farms, Wagon Wheel, Home Depot, Lowe's, or other garden center Reliable/punctual with a strong work ethic and friendly, outgoing personality Work Schedule Full-time is 5 days/week (50+ hours/week) Includes both weekend days Schedule will generally be either opening at 7 am

• 5 pm or 10 am
• 7 pm closing Schedule may fluctuate according to business needs/season Holidays will likely require more hours. Physical Requirements Standing/walking/bending/reaching for periods of time; rain or shine Be able to lift/carry approximately 40+ lbs.
