Job Description

A-Sales Firm is hiring for an AT&T Sales Associate to join our expanding telecommunications team in Woburn, MA. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales, customer service, and account management while representing AT&T's advanced wireless, fiber internet, and home connectivity solutions. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will connect with customers face-to-face, present telecommunications services, and support clients through the account setup and enrollment process. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development, all while working toward uncapped commission and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate Represent AT&T wireless plans, fiber internet, streaming services, and device upgrades Engage with new and existing clients to identify needs and deliver tailored sales solutions Assist customers with account activations, service upgrades, billing support, and product recommendations Manage accurate records of client accounts, enrollment activity, and sales performance Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet sales, customer service, and account management goals Provide excellent custom er service while maintaining a professional and positive approach What We're Looking For in an AT&T Sales Associate Strong interest in telecommunications, wireless technology, and sales development Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships Motivated, adaptable, and coachable individuals ready to learn and grow Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment Previous experience in customer service, retail, business sales, or account management is helpful but not required What You'll Gain as an AT&T Sales Associate Hands-on training in telecommunications, sales, customer service, and account management Mentorship from experienced sales managers and account executives Advancement opportunities into senior sales associate, account manager, and leadership roles Weekly pay and uncapped commission opportunities tied to performance The chance to represent AT&T's industry-leading wireless and fiber internet services
