Sales & Customer Service Associate (Bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities Greet customers and help them find the right products for their projects. Answer incoming sales calls and assist walk-in customers. Prepare sales orders and quotes; process transactions accurately. Assist with picking orders, receiving and putting away stock. Schedule template measurements and installations. Maintain a clean, organized office and showroom. Work collaboratively with the manager and other team members to support customer success. Hours Four weekdays, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, plus every Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Qualifications Native in Spanish (bilingual English/Spanish preferred). Minimum 3 years of professional customer service experience. Experience in the industry and familiarity with relevant product lines. Strong listening and communication skills; ability to respond empathetically to customer needs. Self-motivated, organized, and committed to becoming a trusted resource for customers.
