This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience, assisting clients with tailored furniture solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining showroom standards, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals. You will also assist in developing presentations to promote customized design options and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales and interpersonal skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a retail or luxury sales environment. Knowledge of furniture design, layouts, and ability to guide clients in customization options. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in CRM software and experience working with sales tracking tools is a plus. Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
