Check out customers efficiently and accurately, adhering to proper cash-out procedures. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and effectively while modeling suggestive selling techniques. Assist in managing customer flow and reducing wait times by addressing backed-up lines. Answer phones courteously and promptly. Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned. Assist with training new Cashiers/Stockers as needed. Arrive at the workstation on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to work; fulfill all scheduled shifts. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
