Job Description
We are looking for an independent, driven, and creative associate to be a part time Budtender in our Northampton retail store. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive, upbeat attitude with a desire to help people. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with a good work ethic, be eager to learn, and be open-minded. The Budtender is responsible for providing exceptional, individualized customer service, and educational consulting. We are looking for candidates that have completed high school or are GED graduates and have prior retail experience. Cannabis product knowledge is required along with a desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product application/consumption methods. Experience in retail sales is required. Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive CORI clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as have reliable transportation. Physical requirements include being able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for most of their work schedule. The candidate must also be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds. This job requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. No phone calls please!
