You'll be the face of the brand, engaging directly with consumers to educate them and close sales for Verizon Fios and other exciting services. We need high-energy individuals eager to master the art of consultative sales while connecting customers with best-in-class fiber optic and Home internet solutions. Essential Functions as a Full Time Sales Associate Initiate face-to-face interactions within designated territories (retail, event, or residential settings) to present and sell Verizon Fios and 5G Home Internet services directly to consumers. Serve as the product specialist, conducting personalized consultations to identify customer needs and seamlessly match them with the ideal fiber optic and wireless solutions. Actively seek out and close new customer accounts, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas. Develop an in-depth, expert understanding of all Verizon Fios, 5G Home, TV, and Voice service packages, features, and competitive advantages to effectively articulate value. Accurately process new service agreements, complete required compliance documentation, and ensure a smooth, professional enrollment experience for every new customer. Professionally represent the Verizon brand, maintaining high standards of integrity and excellent customer service in every interaction. Participate actively in daily team meetings, sales strategy sessions, and ongoing training to share insights and continually refine sales techniques. Strategically plan and execute sales activities within assigned local zones, maximizing market penetration and territory management efficiency.
