Job Description

Counter Person Duties:
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • package orders properly
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
  • Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dishes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
  • Strong math skills, including knowledge of retail math and basic math
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well in a team We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Person to join our team.
As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. If you have strong math skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in the food service industry, we would love to hear from you. Please note that this position may require evening day and weekend shifts.
