Emerald Path Consulting is hiring a full-time Verizon Crew Member in the Braintree area to support Verizon's FiOS campaign. As a Verizon Crew Member, you'll represent one of the most recognized names in telecommunications, working directly with customers to introduce fiber internet and wireless services while driving sales in the local market. This Verizon Crew Member position is designed for entry level candidates who want hands-on experience, not a desk job. You'll be out in the field, engaging with customers, explaining services, and turning conversations into real sales results. Verizon Crew Member Duties & Responsibilities Speak with customers in-person to introduce Verizon FiOS products and explain how they improve speed, reliability, and everyday connectivity Break down service options, pricing, and promotions in a way that keeps the sales process clear and easy to follow Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial conversation to completed enrollment Handle questions and objections by focusing on what matters most to each customer Maintain a consistent, professional presence while representing the Verizon brand Track daily activity and sales performance to stay aligned with personal and team goals Work alongside other Verizon Crew Member team members to keep momentum strong and results consistent Verizon Crew Member Perks & Benefits Full-time, onsite role with direct customer interaction every day Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential tied to individual sales performance Real experience in sales, communication, and customer engagement A team environment that emphasizes growth through performance and consistency A role where improvement shows up quickly in your results Ideal Skills & Qualifications of the Verizon Crew Member Minimum high school diploma or GED Under 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overturn objections Public speaking skills are a plus!
