SCHEDULE
Full-Time Position Monday through Saturday Rotating Sunday shifts required Rotating holiday coverage required

THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING
Answering and directing telephone calls Scheduling appointments and managing client communications Client check-in and check-out Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Providing exceptional customer service Walking, feeding, and caring for hospitalized and boarding patients Cleaning kennels, cages, treatment areas, examination rooms, and hospital facilities Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Laundry and facility upkeep Patient restraint and handling Assisting veterinarians and technicians during examinations and procedures Preparing examination room, treatment area, and surgical suite Laboratory sample collection and preparation Diagnostic and laboratory support Radiology assistance Surgical preparation and recovery monitoring Cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining medical equipment Maintaining accurate medical records Monitoring patients and reporting concerns to veterinary staff Assisting with inventory management and stocking supplies Performing additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations and patient care
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to teamwork and patient care Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks independently Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Veterinary experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong desire to learn.
