Cleaning Full Job Description Overview:
$17/hr plus TIPS Budtenders will assist the Team Lead, Assistant Manager and Dispensary Manager with patient and customer intake processes as well as point of sale transaction input. The budtender will help to ensure that dispensary experience standards are met and superb customer service skills are used consistently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Uses the Point of Service system to ensure all relevant information is recorded and tracked accurately Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods of cannabis products. Accurately process transactions and handle cash in compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are stocked and visually appealing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times. Responding to customer complaints and comments by following the proper chain of command. Updating the Team Lead on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. Assistance with product packaging, inventory management, inventory security, and cash security.
Employment Requirements:
Valid driver's license/State ID Must be 21 years of age Courteous manner with patients and fellow staff members. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean sales floor. Strong interpersonal skills/team player. Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize. Meticulous attention to detail. Must be professional and customer service oriented. Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to business needs. Must be comfortable with a high level of responsibility. Must submit to a full background check. Ideally has knowledge of strains, genetics, edibles, and methods of ingestion. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly. Standing for prolonged periods.
