Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities across B2B markets. Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing account management, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement lead generation campaigns and identify new business development opportunities. Experience Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles, preferably within technology sales or B2B environments. Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales strategies within territory or regional markets. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Familiarity with retail sales, technical product demos, upselling techniques, and territory management practices. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and relationship building.
