Friday through Sunday, primarily evenings

Hours:

20-25 hours per week, with potential to grow toward full-time over the next two months (not guaranteed)

Position Type:

Part-Time, with cross-training across Retail and Inventory functions About the Role Ignited Culture is hiring a Dispensary Agent to support both our front-end retail floor and back-end inventory operations.

This is a cross-trained position:

the right candidate will be comfortable working directly with customers at the register one shift and supporting inventory, stocking, and compliance tasks the next. Weekend availability Friday through Sunday is required, with additional shifts potentially available as they open up. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable on their feet for the majority of a shift. Service industry experience is strongly preferred. Retail Agent Responsibilities Running a register and processing transactions accurately Assisting customers in placing orders and guiding them through product selection Filling online orders and cashing out walk-in customers Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Performing general upkeep tasks during slower periods and prioritizing customer service when traffic picks up Working collaboratively with team members to keep the floor running smoothly Inventory Agent Responsibilities Ensuring products are properly stored, labeled, and recorded in the Point of Sale system and METRC Ensuring proper organization of product both physically & virtually in

POS/METRC

Ensuring product meets required sales criteria Keeping product fully stocked as needed and the menu accurately updated throughout operating hours Following inventory control procedures including cycle counts, stock audits, and stock rotation Assisting the retail sales floor as needed What We're Looking For Punctuality & Reliability Prior experience in the service industry or a customer-facing retail environment Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Comfortable standing for the majority of a shift and capable of lifting moderate to heavy items when required Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Analytical comfort with reading and interpreting inventory data Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure during both busy rushes and slower lulls Work Environment The environment is professional but relatively laid back. Customer traffic ebbs and flows throughout the day, and we expect agents to stay productive during quieter periods while delivering excellent service when the floor gets busy. Cross-training between retail and inventory means no two shifts look exactly the same. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations Open availability Friday through Sunday, with flexibility for additional shifts as they become available

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
