Front Desk/Sales Staff - Part-Time Mornings FitClub Wellesley | Wellesley, MA About Us At FitClub Wellesley, we're more than a gym—we're a community focused on delivering the best hour of the day for our members. We offer high-energy group classes, personal training, and a welcoming environment that helps people stay consistent, strong, and supported in their fitness journey. The Role We're looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Front Desk/Sales team member to join our team. If you're a people person who loves connecting with others and making their day, this is for you. Schedule Part-time mornings, Monday through Friday from 5:15 AM to 10:30 AM Responsibilities Greet members and check them in for classes Welcome early morning members with a positive vibe Keep the gym organized and tidy throughout the shift Call and follow up with leads to schedule evaluations Support a smooth flow of sessions and assist with member questions Be a team player who's excited to contribute to the FitClub community What We're Looking For Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Attention to detail and a passion for helping people Punctuality and reliability are a must Experience in fitness, customer service, or sales is a plus Perks Be part of a positive, supportive, and fun team Free access to FitClub group classes
