As a Verizon Team Member, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, and help them choose solutions that fit their lifestyle. We're proud to be an authorized Verizon dealer, and every Verizon Team Member plays an important role in helping customers stay connected to work, school, entertainment, gaming, and the people who matter most. This Verizon Team Member opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or other people-focused industries. The communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills developed in those environments often translate exceptionally well to customer engagement and sales success. As a Verizon Team Member, you will: Learn customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle and usage habits Meet directly with customers to discuss Verizon FiOS products, services, and available promotions Support customer enrollments, account updates, and service selections Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized interactions Participate in sales conversations that help customers make informed decisions Contribute to overall sales growth by supporting customer acquisition efforts Stay informed on Verizon products, promotions, and sales initiatives Collaborate with fellow Verizon Team Member team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience Skills and qualifications we are looking for in a
Verizon Team Member:
Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to build trust and rapport quickly Interest in developing professional sales and customer service skills Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Motivated by personal growth and team success Success as a Verizon Team Member comes from being people-focused, coachable, and motivated to learn.
