Crew Member

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time shift lead and crew members to join our tri-brand team at Cold Stone Creamery, Planet Smoothie, and Wetzel's Pretzels. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic brands, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment. As a Shared Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences for our customers, ensuring seamless operations across all three brands, and embodying the energy and values of each.

Shifts Timings:

Store hours may differ as per store requirement. 9:00AM to 4:00PM (Morning Shift) 4:00PM to 12:00AM (Evening Shift)

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, provide personalized service, and assist them in choosing menu items. Prepare and serve Cold Stone's signature ice cream creations, Planet Smoothie's refreshing smoothies, and Wetzel's Pretzels' freshly baked pretzels. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Operations:

Prepare food and beverages following each brand's specific recipes and standards. Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness across all workstations. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth transitions between tasks and brands. Support other team members during busy periods or special events.

Health & Safety:

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of both customers and staff.

Brand Representation:

Uphold the unique values, branding, and quality standards of Cold Stone Creamery, Planet Smoothie, and Wetzel's Pretzels. Qualifications Must be 18 year or older and can work 35hr to 40hrs per week. Previous food service, retail, or customer service experience required. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to working across multiple brands. Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
