In this role, you'll engage customers, recommend wireless solutions, and drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. If you're competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by hitting goals this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their wireless needs through effective discovery Present, promote, and sell Cricket Wireless products and services with confidence Drive activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-on features to maximize revenue Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (GAs, upgrades, accessories, etc.) Educate customers on plans, features, and promotions to provide the best value Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings Keep the store clean, organized, and sales-ready at all times Support team members and contribute to a positive, winning culture What We're Looking For Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive mindset with a passion for hitting goals and making money Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM tools, MS Office) Strong time management and multitasking abilities Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission Ongoing training and development Growth opportunities within the company A fun, energetic, and competitive team environment
