Job Description

Sales Associates - Perfumes 4U Join our Winning Team at Perfumes 4 U! Competitive hourly rate + commission + bonus incentives Are you passionate about retail, fragrances, and customer service? Perfumes 4U is hiring Sales Associates who love working in dynamic environments, engaging with people, and achieving sales goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer service and build strong client relationships Drive sales by recommending products and closing transactions Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting Work collaboratively with the team to exceed store goals Participate in floor moves and promotional setup Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks: o Total PL of at least 35% o UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum
Requirements:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred Passion for customer interaction and a positive attitude Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation Not all-inclusive.
