Sales Associate

Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on merchandising, stocking, and customer service standards Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and managing inventory levels Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and balancing registers at the end of each shift Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and demonstrating strong phone etiquette Promote sales through suggestive selling techniques and engaging product presentations Experience Previous supervisory experience in retail or grocery store environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with retail math for cash handling and inventory management Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally Experience in grocery store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and cashiering roles Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and stock calculations Knowledge of retail sales techniques such as upselling and product demos to increase revenue Join us to be part of a fast-paced retail team that values energetic individuals committed to delivering top-notch service.
