Job Description

We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team at our retail stand located in the high-traffic walkways of Annapolis Mall . Unlike a traditional store, our associates are at the heart of the action, engaging directly with shoppers as they pass by. If you are confident, enjoy talking to people, and love hitting sales goals, this is the perfect spot for you.
Key Responsibilities Proactive Engagement:
Greet and approach mall visitors to introduce our products and spark interest.
Sales Excellence:
Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and use suggestive selling techniques to close sales.
Independent Operation:
Manage the cart independently, including opening and closing procedures, during mall hours.
Visual Merchandising:
Keep the stand organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract passersby.
Transaction Handling:
Process payments accurately using our POS system and manage daily cash reporting.
Inventory Management:
Track stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.
What We're Looking For Outgoing Personality:
You aren't afraid to start a conversation with a stranger.
Reliability:
You are punctual and can work independently without constant supervision.
Flexibility:
Available to work mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Sales Savvy:
Previous retail, kiosk, or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude is our priority.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Benefits Flexible Scheduling:
Shifts available between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Thurs) and 10:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Frid-Satu).
