Duties Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive for their service appointments, providing a positive first impression. Assist Service advisors as needed with customer intake. Move and retrieve vehicles from dealership lot , service areas or transport to another location. Maintain a clean, organized reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, offering assistance, and addressing concerns with professionalism Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Must have a valid drivers license with no major violations in the last 3 years. Prior experience in customer service roles that require quick thinking and professionalism is advantageous.
