We specialize in helping small and mid-sized businesses understand modern communication and connectivity solutions. We are currently hiring a full-time Entry Level
  • Team Member to join our expanding team in Baltimore, MD. Role Summary The Entry Level
  • Team Member will focus on business-to-business outreach, engaging with local companies to identify communication needs and present tailored business solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, account management, and client relations. Entry Level
  • Team Member Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct face-to-face outreach to small and mid-sized businesses as an Entry Level
  • Team Member Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions Build and maintain professional client relationships Present services in a clear, consultative manner Follow structured sales and compliance processes Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and interactions Work closely with fellow team members to meet performance goals Entry Level

Team Member Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, business development, or account management Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment Training & Development Structured training program Hands-on experience in B2B sales and client acquisition Ongoing mentorship and professional development Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles We focus on developing professionals in sales, communication, and business leadership.
