Job Description

Report to work will be in Cambridge, MD store until Easton opening.
Description :
Our company is searching for highly driven individuals that are looking to acquire leadership skills and grow within the company. The responsibility of a Team Member is preparing and serving food, taking orders, maintaining a clean environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
This includes:
(a) ensuring company standards are met; (b) assisting with inventory; (c) remaining enthusiastic with a positive attitude; and (d) ensuring the highest quality of products and services are delivered to customers. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Team Members that are hard-working, willing to learn, team oriented, friendly and honest. Our goal is to always promote from within by developing Team Members into Shift Leaders and providing a path to continued growth within our company. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours and a positive atmosphere.
Required Skills :
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to be on your feet for 6 hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively multitask.

Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and serve food to customers.
  • Receive orders from customers.
  • Ensure orders are correct prior to serving to customers.
  • Effectively work under pressure.
  • Be proactive and take initiative.
  • Complete Zaxbys University training program.
  • Participate in both opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure company standards are met.
Customer Experience:
  • Direct interaction with customers to ensure we are delivering the highest possible experience.
  • Always remain positive and enthusiastic.
  • Ensure the property is maintained and free of trash.
