Hourly pay plus commission, paid training, and fuel reimbursement LowCarb Avenue is a family-owned, start-up commercial bakery specializing in artisan, low-carb breads and baked goods. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Farmers Market Sales Associates to represent our brand at weekend farmers markets. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally very extroverted, friendly, energetic, and comfortable talking to customers. We are looking for people who enjoy sales, love interacting with the public, and can create a warm, enthusiastic experience for every customer who visits our booth.

Hard Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to drive Must have your own reliable car Must be able to transport market equipment and bakery products to and from farmers markets Must be punctual and dependable for early weekend morning shifts Must be able to lift 30+ lbs Must be able to work outdoors and stand for the full market shift Must be comfortable operating a point-of-sale system Responsibilities include: Driving market equipment and bakery products to and from assigned farmers markets Setting up and breaking down the farmers market booth, including tables, tent, signage, products, and displays Selling breads and bakery products directly to customers Explaining products, ingredients, flavors, and brand story to customers Creating an energetic, welcoming, and engaging booth experience Operating a point-of-sale system and processing payments accurately Handling customer questions in a friendly and professional way Keeping the booth clean, organized, and visually appealing Tracking inventory and communicating sell-through or market feedback Working efficiently during busy market rushes Representing LowCarb Avenue with professionalism and enthusiasm

Ideal Candidate:

Naturally very outgoing, extroverted, and energetic Comfortable approaching and talking to customers Sales experience preferred Farmers market, retail, food service, or customer service experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Interested in growing with a family-owned start-up company

Schedule:

This position is primarily for weekend morning farmers market shifts. Start times are typically early in the morning and require punctual arrival, as markets have strict setup times.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer hourly pay plus commission based on sales performance. Paid training is provided, and fuel reimbursement is available for required market travel. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in sales and motivated to earn more by helping the booth perform well.
