Job Summary As a Sales Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily retail operations. You will assist shoppers on the sales floor, ensure merchandise is organized and attractively displayed, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Your responsibilities also include operating the cash register, restocking items, and helping with donation intake as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and register area Restock merchandise and ensure items are neatly displayed and priced correctly Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs Assist with sorting, tagging, and placing donated items on the sales floor Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures Support team members during busy periods with flexible task assignments Answer customer questions about store policies, products, and promotions Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Retail experience is a plus Physical and Scheduling Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holiday
