Food Service Team Member

A Toastique Team Member is a fast-paced role focused on creating gourmet toasts, smoothies, and bowls while delivering friendly customer service. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, maintaining high-quality food presentation, cleaning, and restocking. Team Members operate in hybrid capacities and help with cold press juicing, prepping food, cooking and all aspects of the restaurant. The position requires an energetic, reliable individual that can multi task, handle stress during peak times, plan, organize and prioritize to effectively work in a hybrid kitchen environment.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders on the POS, and ensuring a positive experience.

Food Preparation:

Crafting toasts, smoothies, and bowls to brand standards for speed and presentation.

Maintenance:

Cleaning workstations, Front of House (FOH) tables, and bathrooms.

Barrista Operations :

Make coffee orders throughout the day

Operations:

Restocking inventory, assisting with dishes, and managing inventory prep.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with team members to keep the store running smoothly during busy shifts.

Requirements Attitude:

Energetic, reliable, and positive with a strong work ethic and interpersonal savvy..

Experience:

1-2 years of restaurant or food service experience required.

Availability:

Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week, often including morning and mid-day hours.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
