Role Overview ZAAF is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our National Harbor retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands social media culture, and can represent the brand both in-store and online with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized customer service Confidently share ZAAF's brand story, craftsmanship, and product knowledge Build genuine connections with customers and encourage repeat visits Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store standards Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organization Support in-store events, activations, and promotions Open and/or close the store as scheduled Qualifications Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable with scheduled shifts Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Retail or customer service experience preferred Detail-oriented with a polished, professional presence Interest in fashion, handmade goods, and African-inspired brands is a plus Schedule Part-time hours with a consistent weekly schedule Must be available for weekends and select holidays What We Offer Employee discount on ZAAF products Opportunity to grow with a creative, mission-driven brand Hands-on exposure to retail, events, and brand storytelling Supportive and inspiring boutique environment
