Job Description
Seeking a fun, hardworking leaf connoisseur to join our growing team! We are a young, independent company hiring like-minded agents. Responsibilities Follow established policies for sales and customer service Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system Maintenance of an organized and clean store Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for the plant Excellent customer service skills Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience preferred Ability to use standard office equipment, computers & software Ability to work effectively with employees, management, and patients Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures Additional Requirements Must obtain a State Agent Card Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must pass all required background checks and drug screen Prior cannabis knowledge and MMCC card holder preferred Retail experience 3 years+ preferred
