Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Promote current sales, discounts, and promotions to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or other languages, are an asset
