Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing. Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote new items. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively inform customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for effective pricing strategies. Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engagingly. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. A proactive attitude towards upselling products based on customer needs.
