Job Summary:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Wine and liquor knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
