Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. This energetic role offers the opportunity to create a welcoming environment, educate customers about product offerings, and provide exceptional service that keeps them coming back. As a vital part of our retail operation, you will help customers make informed choices while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Your enthusiasm and expertise will contribute to a vibrant, customer-focused atmosphere that celebrates responsible consumption and education. Must be 21+ Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen actively to understand their needs, and guide them through product selections with confidence. Conduct engaging product demos to showcase new or featured items, highlighting their benefits and uses. Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently. Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly on shelves to enhance shopping experience. Educate customers on product effects, proper usage, and responsible consumption practices. Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves regularly and alerting management of low stock or discrepancies. Uphold phone etiquette standards when assisting remote inquiries or placing orders via phone. Demonstrate supervising experience by supporting team members during busy hours and maintaining smooth store operations. Skills Proven experience with retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments involving cash handling and POS systems. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts. Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized displays to attract customer attention. Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn through product demos and training sessions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor; adept at phone etiquette. Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team leadership roles during shifts. Familiarity with retail math concepts for upselling, pricing strategies, and sales tracking.
