Job Description
Duties
- Greet and assist Patients in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide recommendations and guidance on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Educate Patients on the effects and potential benefits of different cannabis products
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed
- Keep the dispensary clean and organized
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Strong sales skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Comprehensive knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is required
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willing to be flexible with work duties
