Job Description

Shop Lead / Production Lead We are a SMALL busy fabrication and CNC shop fabricating flexible bus bar assemblies. Seeking a hands-on production lead to help organize workflow, scheduling, quality, setups, and employees in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Hydraulic/manual bending CNC operation and setups Repetitive manufacturing Quality control / first article checks Organizing travelers and job flow Staging jobs and material Prioritizing changing workloads Helping production when bottlenecks form Looking for someone who: Stays organized under pressure Communicates well with employees Keeps production moving Can work hands-on in a small shop environment
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
