Retail Sales Associate / Key Holders

We are looking for friendly and reliable Sales Clerks/ Key Holders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle sales transactions efficiently. As a Sales Clerk, you will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and help ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, excellent customer service, assisting sales clerks with daily tasks, sales transactions, assisting customers, opening and closing store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately Restock shelves, displays, and merchandise as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Assist with inventory management and stocktaking Support team members and management in daily operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours Basic math skills and ability to operate point-of-sale systems Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs Comfortable with bending, reaching, and other physical activities associated with retail work
