Job Description

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
  • Greets customers in a friendly manner
  • Provides outstanding customer service
  • Answers telephone calls warmly and professionally
  • Answers customer questions as needed
  • Brings customer to products throughout store
  • Helps customer select products and suggests add on items as appropriate
  • Help customers carry their items out when needed
  • Help check-in and put away inventory as it is received
  • Helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store
  • Assists with inventory counts and adjustments
