Job Description
Sweetz & More is looking for retail associates who want to do closing and/or opening shifts, and join our team in Wiscasset Maine! We are looking for someone with previous years in retail, and some management experience as well. We are proud to be New England's largest sweet shop and are looking for team members who thrive in a retail environment, are reliable, and have great customer service! Our goal is to make the world a sweeter place and we are always looking for hardworking, positive people to make that happen. If you think you are, please reach out and we look forward to meeting you! Our store is located on Route 1, Wiscasset Maine and is hiring part-time and full-time positions. Duties
- Run the register and ring up customers accurately and efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Assist with product creation and packaging
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic cash handling
