We encourage a warm and accepting environment, and we are looking to add bra fitters to our team! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Busted Bra Shop was founded to help women of all sizes and backgrounds find well-fitting, elegant foundation garments in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. At Busted Bra Shop, we aim to make sure the customer feels good about every interaction. This includes the welcome, the fitting, and finding them garments that they love.

Required Availability:

Qualified candidate will work a full-time schedule of 31-40 hours weekly or part-time schedule of approximately 20-30 hours weekly.

Store Hours:

Monday•Saturday 10:00 am•6:00 pm,

Sunday:

12pm•5pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Exceed client expectations by providing friendly customer service with a smile, positive attitude, and upbeat demeanor. Provide accurate bra fittings and a personalized shopping experience for clients Explain the importance of proper bra sizing and recommend products based on the client's needs Effectively communicate (verbal & written) with customers, peers, & vendors Organize stock and inventory and recognize when items need to be restocked Fitters must be prepared to be on their feet for most of the day, able to be on a step ladder when necessary to reach items, and able to lift up to 10 lbs Qualifications include but are not limited to: Retail sales and elite level customer service Cashier duties including accurate cash handling Administrative Duties (answering the phone, responding to emails, appointment scheduling, completing daily tasks as assigned in ClickUP, and general cleaning (store organization & merchandising) Position intended for mature and reliable adults ages 18 & up
