In this role, you will provide the first impression to all customers, assisting by phone, email, and in person. You will gain basic knowledge of sales processes and provide recommendations and pricing for order inquiries, as well as respond to basic customer support questions. Additionally, you will train in various production departments - while your home base will be the front desk, you may be pulled to help in production as needed. Here's what you can expect on a daily basis: Assist customers by phone, email, and in person regarding sales inquiries Use your knowledge of our processes to provide recommendations and pricing on screen print and embroidery orders Build, update, and track orders in our software Contact customers when their order is ready Assist customers with order pick-ups Provide post-order follow-ups and support Train in basic production positions (including in screen printing, embroidery, transfer printing, etc.) and help as needed. You must be able to multitask as you will work with multiple customers and learn quickly as your role will evolve over time, and as our customers' needs change.
