Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deli Associate to lead our deli department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a grocery store deli environment and possess strong organizational and customer service skills. The Deli is a fast paced work environment that requires efficiency and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food specials and staples on a daily basis. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service. Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies. Address customer inquiries, special orders, and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Work scheduled shifts and be in attendance as scheduled.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a grocery store deli Valid Food Handler's Certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
