We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our retail team at various locations. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to motivate team members and engage customers effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in retail management and sales growth within a vibrant environment. Duties Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and securely Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly Manage daily sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems with accuracy and efficiency Support inventory management through stock replenishment, stock control, and merchandising efforts Supervise team members during shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards of customer service Assist with training new employees on store policies, sales techniques, and operational procedures Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing bank deposits Participate in purchasing decisions by assisting with pricing strategies and inventory ordering Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping environment Contribute to marketing initiatives by promoting products and special offers to customers Support management in budgeting, sales tracking, and performance analysis to meet store goals Skills Strong leadership skills with supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail settings Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous Proven expertise in sales management, retail math, and customer service excellence Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control software, and basic bookkeeping practices Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers to achieve favorable outcomes Skilled in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, stock management, and retail marketing techniques Exceptional organizational skills with time management capabilities for shift supervision Experience with payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Strong interpersonal skills for team management and fostering a positive work environment Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their leadership abilities while delivering outstanding retail experiences.
