Budtender - Delivery Driver

We're seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender / Delivery Driver to join our team! As a Budtender, you'll be the face of our dispensary, helping customers choose the right cannabis products for their needs while delivering top-tier customer service. You'll educate guests about strains, consumption methods, dosage, and legal guidelines, ensuring every customer has a safe, positive, and informative experience. As a delivery driver you'll bring new products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$15 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Provide expert knowledge on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations Process sales using POS systems accurately and efficiently Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas Stay informed about new products, promotions, and cannabis industry trends Come to work with positive energy and an efficient workflow Deliver products directly to customers' locations, providing friendly and professional customer service at each stop. Verify delivery details, obtain signatures or proof of delivery, and accurately document all transactions. Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company policies related to driving hours, load securement, and safety procedures. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy Follow assigned routes and local traffic laws Fill out any required documents, such as delivery reports

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must pass any required background checks Valid Driver's License Clean driving record Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving.
