Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Budtender, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers. In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage daily retail operations, and assist customers with product selections and inquiries. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring every visitor feels valued and informed. Whether handling transactions, offering product demos, or maintaining store presentation, your energy will drive a positive experience for all. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Provide product demos to educate customers about different strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Manage merchandising and stocking to keep the store organized, appealing, and well-supplied Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Support inventory management through stock checks and merchandising updates Assist with retail sales goals by promoting products and enhancing customer engagement Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations related to retail cannabis sales Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Experience Previous retail sales experience in a grocery store or similar environment preferred Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential Strong communication skills to educate customers confidently and clearly Experience conducting product demos or upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Knowledge of cannabis products or related industry experience is advantageous but not required Part time and Full Time positions available Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where excellent service meets expert knowledge!
