Rise Smoke Shop is a fast-growing company. We opened the first Rise Smoke Shop in July 2017. Now we have seven stores ran by a team of 25 which includes 2 managers. Our management team has clear goals to help Rise continue to grow. We believe Rise is the top Smoke Shop to work for in the USA and will strive to continue this. Our Mission is to employ and reward (!) hard working, self-motivated, customer service-based employees who enjoy working in the Smoke Shop industry. We are looking for people who love Rise Smoke Shop and want a future with us! We understand our team members are the face of the company. Our motto is, "If our Sales Associates/Team Members are happy, our customers are happy."Job Description:
Product sales, time management skills, cleaning, inventory management, use of point of sale system, works directly under general manager, comfortable handling cash, follow directions given, pay attention to details, etc.Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year sales experience or equivalent
- Product knowledge
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Familiarity with a point of sale system
- Cash handling experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work more than 40 hours (this is rare, but in times of need such as someone falling ill)
- Flexible schedule
- Basic understanding of inventory flow
- Ability to work well with others and alone A background check will be performed before employment.
