Job Description

About Us:
We're not your typical retail space. Our Rage Room offers customers a safe, controlled environment to blow off steam, smash objects, and have a uniquely fun experience. We combine entertainment, stress relief, and retail into one high-energy environment—and we're looking for someone who can keep up. Job Summary As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our Rage Room experience. You'll greet customers, manage bookings, explain safety procedures, handle merchandise sales, and help create a fun, safe, and memorable visit for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and check them in for their sessions Explain safety rules, waivers, and equipment usage clearly Set up and reset rage rooms between sessions Monitor sessions to ensure safety and compliance Process payments and manage bookings (in-person and online) Sell merchandise and upsell packages or add-ons Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Assist with inventory and restocking items Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment Ability to stay calm and professional in high-energy situations Physically able to lift, move, and clean debris/materials Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Must be reliable and punctual MUST have a current drivers license MUST be able to work weekends Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or fitness environments Social media or promotional experience
