Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, creative and high performing Kitchen & Bath Design and Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at this high performing location. This individual will collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to design beautiful and functional living spaces. With a focus on client experience, innovation, and attention to detail, this role is essential in delivering the high standards and personalized service that define KSI Kitchen & Bath.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process. Understand client needs, provide product education, and deliver tailored design solutions. Present compelling design concepts, floor plans, and proposals that bring spaces to life.
Design Excellence:
Create professional and innovative designs using 2020 Design. Ensure that designs are accurate, compliant with company standards, and aligned with customer goals. Collaborate with the showroom team to manage administrative tasks while focusing primarily on creative work.
Sales & Business Development:
Proactively generate new leads through showroom traffic, referrals, industry relationships, and networking. Provide timely and detailed proposals, quotes, and revisions to assist clients in decision-making. Support business growth by converting leads into projects and building long-term client relationships.
Project Coordination:
Maintain communication with customers, contractors, and installers to ensure a smooth installation process. Monitor project milestones and address issues to ensure timely and successful completion. Maintain documentation in CRM and ensure follow-up tasks are scheduled and completed.
Collaboration & Culture:
Work closely with showroom teams, product specialists, and operations staff to deliver a cohesive client experience. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embracing continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or remodeling (required). Proficiency in 2020 Design software, CAD or similar software (required). Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and quality. Passion for design, creativity, and improving the way people live.
